Today i went a little crazy with the soda. I drank 4 cans of Cherry Pepsi which comes out to 168g of sugars, which is ALOT, but the only real food I've eaten today was a chicken breast and a can of tuna. Will this stop me from losing any more fat? Will it make me gain some from all the sugars?

It will slow you down by however many calories that is (640 ish?)

If you eat like you normally would, it would put at about maintenance for today. When you get up tomorrow, just carry on as if today didn't happen. Or like lee__d said, just at it to your calories for the day.

nope as long as you're in a deficit.

this is why most of us drink diet soda. then you wouldn't be having this dilemma.

I cant really drink diet soda it tends to give me pretty bad headaches and makes my vision blurry halfway through.

you might wanna get that checked out, i don't know too many people that have that kind of side effect from diet soda...sounds like you might be one of the rare few who actually respond negatively to aspartame? do you use artificial sweetener at all?

Im not a phenylketonuric as far as i know. I've drank aspartame sweetened drinks since about 2006 and started finally feeling the headaches and blurred vision around the beginning of this year so I had to stop. I do use stevia but only in coffee. Stevia doesnt give me any of those effects.

i'm not even gonna pretend like i can pronounce that. but i guess that makes sense about not drinking diet soda then, you seem to have traced it directly to diet soda so i won't recommend trying it again. i would try to avoid soda in general if you can then, start switching to those crystal light style packets if they don't affect ya.
