What shoe does he wear? I believe he wears the red and blue high top leather like shoe. Are these shoes suggested for lifting due to their flat bottom? If this is the wrong section for this question I would like to apologize in advance
Kai Greene's Shoes? I know he wears 'Title' brand boxing shoes in some of his videos. You can buy them at store.titleboxing.com I think people wear them to train in because they are light, tight fitting and the thin sole puts barely anything between your feet and the floor. Which is good for exercises like deadlift/squats especially.
Kai Greene's Shoes? He mainly wears wrestling/boxing/MMA shoes. They have very thin soles and are flat. It's almost like being bare foot. I wear Otomix Stingrays... he wears them too as well.
