Aspirating is drawing the syringe plunger out a little once injected to make sure you are not in a vein, it has nothing to do with breathing in and out...LOL

make it a process, i know alot of people just stick it in and good to go...but save yourself the possibilities of issues.

Warm up site, warm up oils, massage site, use clean everything, fresh needle for drawing and fresh for pinning, very slow injection, massage afterwards etc etc

Proper planning and preparation prevent **** poor pinning !

i thats me plan, get it as close to body temp as possible, shower before, green to draw blue to pin i actually cant wait to get started.
