      Is wednesday ok to train my shoulders? (see routine) if not any other ideas where i can put it?

      Monday – CHEST + TRICEPTS (maybe move shoulders here)
      Boxing (Back + Cardio)
      Dumbbell Triceps Extension (Triceps)
      Triceps Dips
      Triceps Kickbacks (Triceps)
      Bench Press Incline and Decline (Chest)

      Tuesday – LEGS + CARDIO
      Cycle (10 mins) (Cardio)
      Squats (Legs)
      Leg extension (On Bench Press) (Legs)

      Wednesday – ABS + SHOULDER
      Dumbbells Shoulder Press (Shoulders)
      Sit Ups – Swiss Ball (Abs)
      Hand to Feet Swiss Ball
      Incline Crunch (Abs)

      Thursday – REST


      Friday – BICEPTS + BACK + TRAPS
      Warm Up – Rowing (10 minutes)
      Dumbbells Normal Bicep Curl and Incline (standing and sitting on bed) (Biceps)
      Dumbbell Shrug (Biceps)
      Medicine Ball Bicep Curl (Biceps)
      Dumbbell front raise (Traps)
      Dead lifts (Back + legs)
      Dumbbell Rows (Back)

      Saturday – REST

      Sunday – CARDIO + ABS
      Run (20 Mins)
      Sit Ups (Abs)
      Incline Crunch (Abs)

      Did you put that together yourself? What is your goal, and do you workout at a gym or at home?

      Yep i put it togther myself, my goal is to lose fat and gain muscle and i workout from home.

      What day to train shoulders is the least of your worries... I don't see one part of your entire routine that is not worth changing

      Everything except the squat and deadlift movements (assuming they're done with a barbell).

      Choose a proven beginner routine. Read the sticky threads in this forum.

      It would be better for you to start with one of the fullbody routines, 3 days a week.

      When i put it togther i made sure each muscle group is reached at least once a week and enough rest is taken, just seems odd basically everything is wrong!
