      Below 10-20 grams is crazy.

      Carbs are important for maintaining muscle mass. If you are in a caloric deficit, losing weight, but also losing substantial muscle, you won't get to that level of bf%, because having muscle is integral for having low body fat.

      Alright alright, fine... stop picking my words apart Pug. You know what I meant; eat some chicken, eat some pizza, have some spinach, down some ice cream. It's adviseable to eat SOME healthy food and not just a straight up diet of Twinkies... but yes, I know that eating 100% "clean" is not necessary. I certainly don't.
