      Hey everyone!

I’m still pretty new to lifting - been going consistently for a while now. Right now I’m mostly using machines and a few dumbbell exercises. I’m focusing on learning form and building confidence in the gym, but I’m definitely not moving anything super heavy yet.

I’ve seen creatine mentioned frequently in forums and fitness videos, and it seems like everyone takes it. But I’m wondering…

Is creatine helpful even at the beginner stage?
Does it make a difference if you’re not lifting heavy yet?
⏳ Should I wait until I’ve got a solid base before adding it?

I’m also trying to keep supplements simple and avoid wasting money early on, so any beginner-friendly advice or personal experience would be amazing.

Thanks in advance! I’m already learning so much from this forum.

Hey, I’ve seen creatine mentioned a lot on the forum and in videos. Is it mainly for strength or does it help with things like recovery too?

I’m still getting into the routine of working out consistently, so I’m not sure if it’s something I should try now or wait until I’m more advanced?

Also… do you have to cycle off it or is it safe to take all the time?

Appreciate any advice - still learning the ropes here!
