Is bacon good or bad? Actually it would make little difference in terms of body composition if you had 200 grams of HFCS vs 200 grams of fructose from fruit vs 200 carbs from pasta. You would miss out on micro nutrients by just having HFCS but it won't automatically make you fat. It has calories just the same as anything else... Calories in vs calories out...
