Lol, so eating 200 grams of HFCS is ''good'' as long as it fits your macros? Strong idiot.

if its floppy its good. if its crispy ITS EXCELLENT.

dude, if you like bacon eat some bacon. in moderation, and within your calories/macros budget for the day/week.

Actually it would make little difference in terms of body composition if you had 200 grams of HFCS vs 200 grams of fructose from fruit vs 200 carbs from pasta. You would miss out on micro nutrients by just having HFCS but it won't automatically make you fat. It has calories just the same as anything else... Calories in vs calories out...

Strong broscience. Show me one study comparing the intake 200g of HFCS vs 200g pasta on body composition. You have no study to back up our claim and are only parroting fat ****s like Ian McCarthy. Furthermore, from a health perspective it's a very bad idea to recommend to consume any food you want as long as it fits your macros. Thats like saying you can take meth to lose weight becausecals out> cals is all that matters. Herp derp.

I've learned that "moderation" in bodybuilding language is different from everyday language...

But can someone explain why it's bad vs why it's good? You guys are just telling me it's ok to eat it, but WHY??

Don't listen to them. They're fat ****s who don't even lift. They're so serious about this sport they eat bacon, pop-tards and drink chocolate milks as long as it fits their macros. They're delusional and believe it's only the macros that matter from both a weight loss and health perspective. It's best to ignore them, use your common sense and severely restricht your intake of unhealthy foods.
