      Because personally I chose to agree with one thing and disagree with another.

      That makes no sense, but regardless why would you recommend it if its your personal choice... strong logic.

      Cardio will not prevent this happening - unless it tips you back into a caloric defecit (in which case you will not gain mass). Instead try:

      skinny-fat + 300 caloric surplus + much harder assed weight training

      dam*, the weights bro. i work my ass off their, trust me! fu*k em idiots going to the gym and talk in between rests and take years to rest. its like worth bit*h slappin anyone doing that during my workout. i just wish i had the body that responded easily to that. thing is it doesnt.

      my bad bout the ranting, really trying to express the intense months i put into. but yea, i'll give it more time. since i just finished 1 week of IF. haven't really felt any "feelings" yet. thanks for the advice though.

      Still doesn't explain why you don't recommend fasting?

      Also, causation =/= correlation. Your diets works because your macros are right, not because you eat little and often....
