is it no biggie if i did cardio somewhere in between my fasting period (no PRE & PRO), and then hours later, do my weight training? Keep in mind by then i'll be breaking the fast right after weight training. Will this affect my muscle growth?

PS - IM ON A GAIN MUSCLE LOSE FAT GOAL. im on a 300+ caloric surplus if you must know.

      Intermittent Fasting question.

What is the purpose of the cardio if you are trying to gain weight?

      Intermittent Fasting question.

to lose the extra fat i gained around the waist area due to skinny-fat + 500 caloric surplus + weight training + hardly any cardio.

Nope, no biggie at all. Just don't expect any magic that a calorie adjustment wouldn't accomplish without sweaty cardio.

      Intermittent Fasting question.

You're going to be weak after doing cardio due to glycogen depletion, so your lifts will suffer, you'll never be able to have a truly high intensity workout and hurt ur goals. If u really wanna do cardio, do it on your non lifting days, and do HIIT. FWIW, Martin is against cardio and recommends you walk instead.

      Intermittent Fasting question.

      I don't recommend fasting.

Eat often but small meals with the right macronutrients and train heavy yet smart.

      Most of all, be patient.

      Intermittent Fasting question.

yea, i kind of realized that. but i get effin lazy doing cardio during my feeding window. besides, i became anorexic while training for the team in soccer, so im kinda used to the fatigue. and the cardio, my body needs cardio. i end up holding to much fat around the waist if i dont. -_-

      Intermittent Fasting question.

thats what i did for 3 months while on kris gethin's plan. it got me muscle, but it also got me a huge as* gut. thats cuz of my skinny fat stature, so im trying to reduce the fat again through IF, then regular 6 meal diet afterwards to gain more mass.
