      good luck man if you feel like what your doin aint working try intermittent fasting

      Just coming into this conversation, hope you don't mind. You should get all the carbs you need from your veggies. Carbs provide ready made energy, and what you want to do is force your body to burn energy converting protein and fat into energy. You can see the advantage in this, I'm sure. You want to keep your carbs at an all time low, for best results. I would cut out the carb loaded cereal in the morning and replace it with a protein source, such as an omlet. Also, try and change up your workout every 8 weeks, so your muscles don't get into a routine and you get maxium results.
