Do you follow this or eat clean? For the most part I stick to my macros, but for some reason this week I've only really been counting my calories , not everything else and I haven't been as strict with the cleanliness of the food I've just been making sure that I hit my caloric needs. is that going to **** me up ?
iifym ? I just follow calories, I know I'm getting enough protein in there and thats all Im worried about. Ideally I'd track everything but that gets annoying

iifym ? - Set a protein goal. - Set a calorie goal. - Make sure you set them high and meet both everyday and you should have no issues. Cook all your own food and prepare it from whole sources for the most part.

iifym ? I don't count calories at all. Just a general estimate, and try to eat as healthily as possible.
iifym ? I follow my macros very closesly, I always eat all my good, clean foods first. Then if there's say ~100 cals left have a banana or apple. Don't go over the top and eat a big mac, because it fits your macros.
