Just curious. I'm getting in 1800 calories per day. and 79g of carbs. (also, 75g of fat, and 211g of protein) 55g of my carbs are eaten in the morning (pre workout) - gives me a bit of energy and the rest other 25g comes from negligible sources, and broccoli, which i eat later in the day i just started doing this, so i'm not sure how my energy levels will be, or my performance in the gym. yesterday was my first day, and it was ok. if you're wondering why my calories are only 1800, that's because i do absolutely jack **** daily. my NEAT (non-exercise associated thermogenesis) is essentially non existent.
