      I have my TDEE now what to do with it???/

      mold it into a baseball bat and start harassing all the urban youth in your area.

      how much weight could i loose eating 3069 calories a day doesnt seem like much

      Yeah, for cutting you want to eat ~80% of your TDEE.

      767 calories worth
      which is a little over 21% of a pound in a day, or about 1.5 lbs a week.

      for cutting which is it i want to lose as much as possible a week i like seeing the scale go down it brings me joy 80% seems rididculous 10-20% seems to slow. im thinking 2000 cals a day is good for me

      there isn't a magic fix diet plan to quickly and safely drop a ton of weight, you weigh 320lbs, that's a lot of weight gain that you're in the process of reversing. it's not gonna be a quick process, but when you figure out that you can achieve close to linear weight loss through proper diet and exercise, you'll be motivated as **** and you'll be able to stick with it until you get to your goal.
