i can definitely see a difference. The fatter you are, the more difficult is to observe changes in your body. Keep at it. Do you lift?

      Aye.

Incredibly sloppy schedule though, I need to man up and get a split going. All I have at home is x2 20DB, x2 30DB, x1 35DB, x1 40DB, and a light duty bench. Kind of lacking equipment here.

Between that equipment and some pull ups (look up door pull ups if you don't have a bar), you can absolutely get into great shape.

How many pushups can you do? I guarantee that working up to doing sets of 25 will improve things.

Keep dropping. You'll see a difference if you drop another 30lbs.

I intend to drop 35 myself, or hit 10-11% BF. Whichever comes first

      Good Luck OP!

I can do 21 in one go without pause. @225 I could only do 12 in one go. Not sure if strength gain or less weight to push up.

Thanks everyone for their responses, repped who I could.

Keep going till you're satisfied with your look, 201 is healthier than 225, keep going bro...a lot of us been there and done that, I went from 300 to 160 and didn't notice huge differences until I got under 200, when you get around 190 you'll start to see and you're even taller than me.

There is a difference. You look the same just a smaller version of the old self. the next twenty will be shaping your body, not just sizing it down. Also what happened to the hair mang? Keep it up.
