      Defo made the right choice there mate ,as the saying goes "Do you work to live ,or live to work"

      Sounds about similar to me although I don't work in sales, I built my own business but it did involve lots of staff and traveling.

      I've never been any good at balancing my life in that respect and always felt guilty for neglecting the other half or the family, particularly at 27 (I'm 31 now) where I always felt like I was trying very hard to please everyone but actually pleasing nobody.

      Now I am a lot better at it but I'm still learning although I feel I've got a far better handle on it. I work early and religiously finish on time and constantly remind myself that in the words of Covey 'sharpening the saw is as important as using the saw'
