3! bloody hell!

if you had 3 you should feel it within couple of hours! well i feel 1 cap within 2 hours and stick to 1 cap when i went to 2 caps was way to much heat!.

I an feel it, I'm already hot, woke up with wet pillows etc... But it takes time to build up.. Last time once it'd built up, 3 was almost crippling, 2 was all I could bare.

oh but mine are crystal dnp shorted half life so thats maybe why.

crystal is in and out your system quicker so can dose at 1 morn 1 night far better choice than powederd dnp and alot safer just incase you over dose it will be out you alot! quicker so = alot safer imo.

iirc, it was too my understanding crystal/normal was a load of ballocks, and crystal just contained 25% less DNP due to the salt, hence why often dosed at 250mg rather than the classic 200mg.. This stuff is crystal too if I remember rightly.
