I did dips the other day just to try, and they were intense! I never felt a burn in my chest that felt like that. I was thinking of changing my routine to incorporate dips. Here's what I was thinking Incline DB Bench Press 4x10 Barbell Bench Press 4x10 Dips 4x10 DB Flys 4x10 Discuss.

Hows my chest routine I sure am.. I suggest you pick a different routine. Either SS or a push/pull/legs or Upper/Lower. Here's why: 1)Its important to do more frequency. 2)Your not on a bike.

Hows my chest routine Not bad. But I would recommend skull crushers in now and then or pushups; mix it up a bit. With Skull Crushers, i found that they are very useful when it comes down to really destroying the tricep because what, lets say, you are on your last set you can (definitely the best set to do this on or 2nd last or both) super set it with close grip bench press (whole entire time you use the same weight +bar you were using for Skull Crushers) to failure. ADDITIONAL* Then hold out your arms to the side in mid-air for 30-45 seconds. Really puts in the pain. Just saying, because this has helped me bust plateaus.
