Hey how's it going. I'm currently a freshman in college trying to put on some muscle for the upcoming football season and this forum looks like the place where I can get all of the info I need to succeed. I'm definitely not a newbie to lifting weights, but I do lack information on supplements and what to take before and after a workout, as well as what I should eat in general. I hope that you guys can share some of your knowledge with me and I can do the same for you!
Hey man nice to meet you. I feel you on being no noob to weights but never getting into a proper routine as such, I'm quite the same. Do you and your football guys work together in training?
