Either in foil with a little pepper in the oven 30 mins, or boil in water 30 mins, or cut the breast so it is half the thickness by butterflying it then a little pepper and grill both sides on a low grill. For legs and thighs i just roast em in a dish, foil covered, or roast chicken whole for just under 2hrs with half inch of water in the bottom of roasting tray, keeps chicken moist.

(so potentially a couple of days worth). 1kg Chicken breast diced 2 onions A few chilies 1 Pepper Broccoli 3 Garlic cloves 1 Tbsp curry power 2 Tins of peeled plum tomatoes (blended) / or a low fat ready-made curry sauce All simmered for around 30 mins. Nice, nutitious meals there. Just add rice if you're bulking
