how'd you cook your chicken? rub olive oil, chopped fresh chilli, bit of salt and pepper then wrap each breast in tin foil and cook in the oven for bout 30mins. usually cook a few days worth at once and leave em in the fridge once cooked

how'd you cook your chicken? In the shake and bake bags everytime. Keeps it moist, full of flavour, yes a few unwanted calories from sugar but if it means i actually eat chicken then its good for me.
how'd you cook your chicken? If you are doing chicken breasts just a small amount of oil in a pan, and cook them till they start to brown very slightly on both sides and is completely white.
how'd you cook your chicken? make sure u cut the breasts into chunks mate......or youll have frazzled thin parts by the time the thickest part is cooked. i change how i cook it from time to time but for conveniance i just boil about 4 breasts in the morning and shove them down me unflavourd threw the day with some carbs
how'd you cook your chicken? Them shake n bake bags are really good to be fair. I usually dice it and chuck it in a pan with a drop of olive oil, season and add chilli flakes, or stick a few on the george foreman with some marinade and cook that way. I'm more into steak at the moment though, just very expensive!
