I've always done abs as i done any other muscle group i.e once a week but more I'm asking people more I'm finding out that they do abs more than once a week going up to everyday! Dont you need to give your abs some rest time as other muscle groups? Would it be fine doing them 3 times a week (Wednesday Friday Sunday - the days i train)?
How often should you do abs? I haven't done abs for around 3 years. Got bored with doing loads of crunches and not really feeling a burn. Though I may be posting a thread soon for a good harcore ab workout to add to my new workout regime (I should think I'll be training them once a week).
