How much vitamin c do you take a day? Yeah I had this issue, taking 3g of vit c a day, if I take one after 8pm im up all through the night. So I get mine in the morning, mid-day, then afternoon.
How much vitamin c do you take a day? Should try a blood thinner plus a cold shower and maybe hydrogen peroxide its what has got rid of my cold. Wouldn't have suffered the sore throat if i could of got to my supps faster though. Spent 8 hours at work coming down with a sore throat, blocked nose and mild head ache all but the sore throat disapeared the following morning. Thanks to some cvnt that wouldn't take the day off work and felt like spreading the joys of their cold on to everyone else.
