      How many calories!?

      You wont gain any muscle without extra calories & unfortunately some fat gain is inevitable.
      Meal timing isnt really important aslong as you get what you need ie cals

      & lol you dont lose muscle by not eating every 3hrs, unless your close to death & have no carbs or fat on you lol

      calories are really important i have 4k a day im 19, & 12.5 stone 6"0, u should gain weight each week, around a pound
