      How long can you hold the plank position?

      Ive no idea!!

      And isnt it soooo fcuking boring doing it!

      How long can you hold the plank position?

      I tried it a few weeks ago and got bored pretty fast, felt like i could have done it all day so i stopped after a minute or so.
      I guess i should give it another go then

      How long can you hold the plank position?

      It does get boring, but honestly your whole body will start shaking, great abdominal exercise

      The guy is a machine lol

      Most I've done was 6 mins.
      Not really tried in a while.

      How long can you hold the plank position?

      I lay very straight in bed so for me 9 hours in total....I even hear family shout,,,when is that plank getting up
