I will be eating 1300 at rest days and 1800 @ workout days. I lift 5x a week and 2-3x cardio ( most of the time HIIT but if im tired ill do slow pace). I need to lose 7 KG asap for the millitary and the workout day tdee seems a bit high.
How is this? Need to drop +- 7 KG ASAP for army. I would have thought 1300 cal seems low... (although I certainly no expert) I'd struggle to eat that little in a day. How do you manage it?
