      How important are carbs?

      It was supposed to be in-and-out without leaving a trace, but ya' got me big guy hah.

      I get about 100-115 grams of fat... I usually just add olive oil. I hope this bloated feeling will fayde away and I think it will be all fine. I am just afraid that the high amount of carbs will be put around my belly. I got beautiful abs...and I don't want them to be gone! ;-o

      if you want to bulk n grow, you need to say bye to your beautiful abs for a while. fact.

      I guess you are right, pal. Can I ask you another question? Uhm, will these carbs help me gain some muscle strength? I haven't gained any strength in either bench or any other exercises, and I feel that has to to with the fact that I cut off the carbs. I went to the gym last week and I immediately increased 10 KGs in my bench after eating lots of carbs. But I felt so bloated and disgusted, so I felt that I was hurting myself. If you know what I mean ^^

      Carbs are your preferred fuel source for intense activity. Most people function better on higher carb intake as far as lifting is concerned.

      Do you mean intense activity as 'just' lifting with intensity or like really heavy lifting? :-o

      ^this. carbs are a excellent fuel source. so if you want to increase your intensity, which will help you train harder to build a more complete physique, carbs will be your best friend while you grow.

      How important are carbs?

      It depends on your physiology, some people need more carbs than others. Some people can get shredded on 300 grams of carbs a day and some can only get shredded on 75 or less.
