      How do people start deadlifts @ 100lbs plus

      Gotta start somewhere. I warmup with 255 but i'm weak lowerbody and back lol. Just keep pushing.

      cant tell if srs, 40 lb isnt even the bar. i bet my 9 year old brother can deadlift more than you

      TBQH, most of the early deadlift increases are CNS development rather than muscular gains. Most people could probably add 20lbs a session provided they knew form. Before you know it you'll be at 300+

      How do people start deadlifts @ 100lbs plus

      The first time I deadlifted I did 11kg's each side because I was scared that my **** form would hurt my back (I have a back disease). 2 weeks later dead lifting 200 pounds. I'm only 65kg so it's not super bad, hopefully I keep progressing.
