      What about carb intake?

      then keep doing what you're doing. thinking the 9 pounds went to fat loss and water/food weight, you're losing at a good pace.

      Weird thing is I don't look any different, and looking in the mirror everyday is driving me crazy, but I do feel much stronger!

      I'm same height as you, and I was 185 a month ago, now I'm 175. I'm about 15% body fat though . I want to get down to 11%.

      You seem to always ask if it is ok to "cheat" through some back footed manor. If you really want to binge you don't need our permission.

      And yes, that moderation fits in your calories and macros, so it is far better than a binge.

      just keep hitting your macros and you'll get there. as long as you're in a deficit, you'll lose weight. takes time
