this is my current programme for chest incline bench press incline flys pec dec and recently added dips 4 sets for each i have been training with weights for roughly 6 months and have no lower chest. i was thinking of doing standard bench press as it hits everything but i do not want my upper chest to begin faltering! any ideas?
How can I bring out lower pecs? i agree, so with this all accounted for, as in diet and patience ect, with those exercises i have put in will my lower chest begin to show? or would it be better to go for bench press and sacrafice the upper chest
How can I bring out lower pecs? Forget about the lower, upper, middle nonsense the chest is one muscle. Personally I do not do flat bench as it aggravates my shoulders now matter how much I tuck them. I only do Decline, incline and weighted dips, decline hits your chest the hardest as there is less shoulder involvement during the movement.
