      been lifting in august. Took a 2 month break from november-december. started on babylovers SS in january.

      starting- now

      bench
      75- 165

      squat
      105-225

      deadlift
      95- 285

      OHP
      55-110

      pullups (reps, bodywight)
      1-12

      dips (reps, bodyweight)
      2-15

      post your lifts at similar times so i can compare myself. reps to srs feedback

      That all looks good but dips are one of the worst excercises to do, because you can easily agrivate the joints and mess up your arm.

      no... dips are a great exercises. every exercise is dangerous, you just have to know how to do it... Squat is very bad for your back if you have bad form... doesn't mean you shouldn't squat, it just means you need to learn proper form...

      OP, you've made very nice progression IMO

      just curious, your squat is pretty low in ratio to your bench, how's your form. If you fix that earlier on, it will help you make more gains.
