      Hi I am a 29 year old male and I have decided that I want to bulk up and gain some muscle, I have a few questions.

      Whats the best way to bulk up?

      I have a set of dumbbells what type of excersises can I do that will give me good muscle definition?

      Sort your diet out and forget dumbells go the gym compound moves bench squat and dead lifts

      , you could start off by doimg pushups pullups squats situps .. Have you never trained before ?

      eat twice as much as you are .

      join a gym and squat .

      Thanks for the replies, never trained before, only got 10kg each dumbbell but I have started with 6kg and that is heavy for me.

      Not good enough.
      Join a gym, read the fcuk out of this forum, ALL the stickys in diet and nutrition section(MOST IMPORTANT) and the training section.
      As has been said the exercises you wanna focus on are-
      Squats
      Deadlifts
      Bench press
      Milli press
      Bb rows
      Pullups
      Dips

      You can't fail with these and a kcal surplus.

      As said before get yourself a gym membership , it doesn't cost the earth , jus make sure they have a squat rack and not just a smith machine.
      Ask the personal trainer to show you how to squat and deadlift he should show you the other big lifts anyway.
      Your not goin to get big or ripped in a day do be patient and you'll see the results.
      Lift big , eat big = get big

      You say u can't afford a gym ???? Have 2 less pints or take away coffees a week and that ll cover the cost
