      Gonna start looking around this week.

      What should I regulate my diet to for toning?

      At 11 stone you are quite light still so I'd think about building muscle mass 1st. As long as you eat clean, I mean go cave man and only eat what grows out the ground and once had a face! This will keep weight down and feed your muscles with protiens and good carbs. Try not to eat processed food and takeaways. Eat protein with every meal. Don't diet, to build mass you NEED calories and maybe do cardio abot 3 times per week but remember your food has to grow from the ground or once have a face! Once you have your diet in check then maybe think abou suppliments but not until you eat properly!
