      Hello everybody! I have decided to build some muscle and lose the stigma of being skinny. When I was younger I wasn't skinny, but a few years back I lost a lot of weight and everyone considers me lean now. Hopefully I can get some good tips and advice here. :D

      I think its fantastic that you have decided to start training! Personal fitness is something that in today's society typically is undervalued! Good luck reaching your goals!
