So on this workout plan: Mon:chest/tri/ab Tues:back/bi Wed:Leg/trap/rear delt Th:chest/tri/ab Fri:back/bi Sat:light leg/full deltoid workout/abs I wana do more than 1 shoulder press exercise. Where should i put it? It used to be on wed but doing that kinda screwed up my chest day because of chest pressing exercises on thursday....
Help me fit in deltoids I suppose but kinda wierd to do shoulder/rest/shoulder/rest/rest/rest/rest but I think ima do that need to work on delts...thx
