      Help for my Brother

      well since i will be doing IIFYM for him i can fit food he likes in his diet and cook preset meals for him and tell hime once you eat these your are done for the day. He just has to fit his head around that idea.

      Well, he is paying me hahaha

      Also those macros do not make much since so me

      those RDA values seem to low even to meet any decent amount of calories
