      I'm 26 and looking to cut up and improve cardio, muscle definition, endurance and reduce body fat but, not to bulk up or gain mass.
      Any advice on workouts will be much appreciated.
      I have a gym membership so I have access to equipment.
      i am about 5ft8 and i weight 10.5st
