i thought someone may say that, but i would rather give blood than have high RBC. And it all gets tested before its used, so its not hurting anyone. i have never done it myself, and that why i said he would be best looking into it. obviously the best case scenario would be to tell your gp, but the majority of people dont want to do that, or cut their cycle short, so i dont think your left with alot of choice really
