Scheduled my Gyno surgery yesterday, since I don't have a terrible case they are doing it in the office not in the hospital. They will be numbing my chest and giving me a volume. Making the incision under my nipple and removing the gland. Since they are not putting me under they are only doing slight liposuction, which is fine since my BF % is not that bad and I will work the rest off. The whole process ran me $3800, Recovery time is 2 days then I can go back to work(desk job) but was told two weeks before I can start lite lifts and up to 6 weeks before I will be able to do heavy resistance training. What are some things during this time I can do to keep as much as my muscle and keep my fitness level up?

      Looking for advice

I do HAVE gyno confirmed by doctor

RE-posting because I posted in wrong spot, sorry if you've already read

I think staying at maintenance will do you just fine. Maybe you can do heavy arm sets if they don't feel uncomfortable?

friend had this and was lifting(medium weight) after 2 weeks, obviously be careful with stretching movements and go at your own pace but you'll be fine bro.

Probably the lightest case of gyno I've ever seen. Wouldn't be noticeable at all when you add some mass to your chest. *Just my opinion*

I understand it is lite, however Gyno does not just go away. Its is noticable and very annoying I cant wear shirts that fit me because of it

and yeah like the others say I would not be getting surgery and paying that kinda money for extremely minor gyno that could very well go away as you lean out(estrogen).

what he is saying is the your gyno is rather..unnoticeable and you only need more muscle mass in your chest to make it not appear like a gyno.
