      mate throw those scales out the window fckin usless for accurate bf

      i agree with the other its hard to tell but i aint gona sit on the fence and not give u a num - yeah maybe 14%?.....

      Cool so about 14, now I just have to work out how much more I need to lose, till I see all 6 abs for the first time in my life 8)

      cas get some calipers from amazon mate - £17 ish from what i remember good starting point to go from i found
