      I've been bodybuilding for five-years now. My philosophy on training and nutrition has developed over the years. I started off following the traditional bodybuilding split routine, eating staples like tuna, cottage cheese, brown rice and oatmeal every three-hours. I now follow a Paleo template, I do intermittent fasting and I do three sessions of full body training per week.
