How many of you consume green tea? I have been told the benefits are great. And if you drink after a meal it helps with weightloss.
Also what is the matcha green tea like? Looking for people's experiences?
      Thanks.

I found it good for digestive health but didn't find it all that necessary on it's own. Only worth using if it;s contained in a product for a specific aim/condition.

It's supposed to be full of anti-oxidants but then so is black tea.

      Green tea

I drink it by the bucket load, always have two fridge jugs with different flavours of it and its so refreshing especially after training. Theres loads of different flavours which are really nice, the mint one seems to help my indigestion too which is a bonus! Alongside this, I have 3 green tea tablets per day.

How much weight loss is directly attributable to the green tea, tbh Im not sure but Im guessing along with clean diet and cardio, its got to help and its meant to be a great antioxidant anyway.

Even though I drink a lot of iced green tea I don't think it makes much difference when it comes to fat loss. It is however a mild diuretic which helps your body image when cutting!
