      Good Morning Snack

      Clif builder bars are good but there are bars out there with better macros. the peanut butter flavor is bomb

      When I was at home I'd always make an egg white + cheese + canadian bacon/ham toasted sandwich with some hot sauce, salt and pepper. pretty good, you can manipulate the sandwich to fit macros. very filling

      For $1 you're going to have to put in some work. A sandwich comes to mind. Use cheap bread like whole wheat wonder-style bread (or white if that's what you enjoy), and add maybe ham or eggwhites. That's probably the best you're going to get for a dollar without using another protein shake. Beef jerkey and smaller Tuna packets can be expensive.

      No I can spend more than a dollar I was just saying I can get them Cliff bars at Walmart for a dollar because I was comparing them to the more expensive brands
