What peanut butters are good to go?

Which ingredients should I seek out and which should I avoid?

So the types of oils/fats/etc involved don't matter? I always thought stuff like trans fat etc were considered bad?

calories in vs calories out. As long as your in a caloric deficit you'll lose weight.

Just pick up a different cheap one each time you need more PB, do this until you find one you like.

Honestly, unless your eating a whole jar a day, I wouldn't worry about it.

If your that worried about it. The only bad thing i've heard is that some PB contain Hydrogenated Oils that have been "linked" to high blood pressure. The natty ones should not contain the oil.
