Good Fats? so 6 teaspoons of olive oil over the day and i'm there? lol would it really be that simple? where would veg fall into everything? (may sound stupid and sorry if it does) but does veg contain calories? or can I load up on veg with my protein? and what sort of stuff can I get 268g protein from? without it costing me a fortune? tin of tuna (25g?), eggs (6g?), chicken breast (40g?), whey protein x2 (50g) so thats about 127calories... what other things could I add to boost it?
Good Fats? If you want to increase your fats why have low fat cheese? Cook in real butter. Do not avoid saturated fats - it's pretty much BS that saturated fats are "bad for you"
