Olive oil Canola oil Sunflower oil Peanut oil Sesame oil Avocados Olives Nuts (almonds, peanuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews) Peanut butter Soybean oil Corn oil Safflower oil Walnuts Sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds Flaxseed Fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring, trout, sardines) Soymilk Tofu
Good Fats? pretty much just covered everything ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ peanut butter, olive oil, and fatty fish such as salmon fillets are my favourites
Good Fats? how about cheese? how can I get 792 calories from fats? (trying to work out my fat loss diet) I need 1072 calories from protein and 336 calories from carbs (i'm ok on this bit) can butter be used as a good fat on wholemeal toast?
Good Fats? Sorry that may have come across as me asking the wrong thing... I have worked out how many grams I need it's just how can I incorporate the fats into meals? would Low fat cheese be better?
Good Fats? low fat cheese- cottage cheese or quark is good mate try; putting olive oil in ur shakes (not sure of amount) or peanut butter adding nuts to cooked meals . flash fried cashew nuts are the dogs bollocks Eggs. the egg yolk is good fat
Good Fats? Olive oil mate. Over 120 cals a teaspoon. Check it in your shakes (you can't taste it) or drizzle on veg etc.
