Good fat burning foods?

Want to incorporate more variet in my diet, any suggestions for the best fat burning foods?

 

You can go for oat meals, they are good way to cut down fats and provides loads of energy. A bowl of oat meals in the morning is the best way to get started with some fresh salad or fish. Drink a lot of water throughout the day as water helps you to stay hydrated and helps you stay full making you stay away from junk food. Good amount of water helps you to cut down fat as well. Take high protein diets as protein itself is a natural fat burner. Use green tea at least 3-4 times a day without sugar. Try lemon or grapefruit juice before workouts.
