      Good enough?

      If you're looking to bulk, eat at a 10-20% caloric surplus, and consume 1 gram (can be a bit lower on a bulk) of protein, .45 grams (minimum) of dietary fats per pound of bodyweight. The remaining calories can be filled with whichever macronutrient (carbohydrates, protein, dietary fat) you prefer. Consume foods you enjoy, keeping in mind that micronutrient consumption is very important.
