      So just ate golden corral had 3000 calories their, ending today with a 4500 calorie total at a 2500 maintence, atleast im bulking..... should i worry about anything adjust anything in my diet for the week or just keep going ive been gaining 0.7 pounds this summer making good progress :) dunno if im bulking to slow or not at 125 lbs what do oyu think?

      Im pretty much 8% body fat can see almost every muscle def aha i have good strength though as i was on the powerlifting team bad choice made no gains except strength but should help me grow

      had to check your profile to see that you were a male, even if you were female at that height & weight I would say this: Do and Eat anything to keep the scale # going upward and train hard and smart.

      Use 3,000 cals to eat something much tastier than Golden Corral. Yeah don't be too worried about weight gain, you could use it.

      well it wasnt half bad the dessert was bangin but the other crap was well crap aha first time in two years so i forgot how the taste was

      if you're gaining .7lb a week right now I'd say you're doing well. I started bulking from 5'11'' 127 and am still quite lean having gained roughly 1.25lbs a week since starting in early December.

      You're still young like myself, this is not a sprint.

      ive been thinking about a pound a week at a 500 calorie increase im at about 2600 calories a day with 40 min lifting and 20 min cardio 4 days a week
