Hello and Help! I haven't stepped foot in a gym since I was 18 (three years ago) when I had my daughter. I used to go at least 4 times a week, and I loved it! Balancing work, Uni and raising a toddler over the last few years has left me with no time for the Gym and some pretty bad eating habits. Now I have the time, (and also importantly childcare) to get back to the gym, I'm stumped at where to start. I need to lose weight and tone the eff up. A friend has recommended I get some Fat burners and some sort of supplement. Which ones? I'd never taken anything previously so I'm really, really ignorant to it all!
Girl Noob. Where do I start? Hi! Welcome! Great to see your looking to get fit etc even with baby in toe. I would say set some goals and work out what you need to do to get there. E.g., what fat%, weight you looking to achieve? Forget about weight loss supplements for now IMO as you haven't even started training yet.
