Maybe you're not a good cook?

Maybe look for other forms of protein besides meat.

bake something healthy with her, then...
honestly, she might just be in a food rut, and has grown accustomed to eating poorly. once she starts eating healthier foods, a little more often, she might grow to crave those foods over the junk she's eating, now.

anyways, worth a try, at least.

I wouldn't worry that she doesn't eat as much protein as you, if she's not lifting she won't need anywhere near the same amount as you do.

I think the concern comes where she is missing meals or is eating candy instead of a meal.

      On phone so can't multiquote

Una: I'm not a good cook. All I can make is sautéed chicken/steak and rice. And no I haven't brought up the point directly. If I hint at it she's get all like wtf is your problem...in a nicer but attitude filled way

Healthy cookies or cupcakes? How? Also she doesn't see it as "unhealthy"

      * carrot cake, keep the sugar low, or use applesauce instead of sugar
      * homemade oatmeal cookies, again low on sugar, etc...
      * homemade whole wheat bread

I'd stay away from boxed mixes, and make more 'from scratch' things, adding healthy ingredients.

For dinner, maybe fish and veggies...or if she likes eggs, throw some veggies into the mix, and make her an omelette.

Possibilities are there, just might take a little effort. Again, she's used to a diet of junk, so it might take some time, but eventually, she just might start desiring healthier foods, the more she eats of them.

This sounds like alot of effort but I'll try and make suggestions...But I don't like to hurt her feels cuz she's can be sensitive...

What makes me kinda hopeful is that she is a tv reporter so...don't they have to stay attractive? Haha

PS she also knows that if we stay together I want like 5-6 kids so she needs to stay thin (at least I hope she knows that)

you need to get a cookbook and start learning how to cook.. you can cook healthy AND tasty foods if you use spices right

I really like better homes and garden's cookbook. It is mainstream but the serving sizes are small, and there are many relatively healthy recipes in there.

I agree...I have nieces and nephews that eat just like this..

I would also agree ( how weird ) with this one..what is it a ten pound gain when ya get in a serious relationship for him and her..
